Upload an Excel file, get a unique ID assigned to every row, save it to the database, and download the updated file.
The first row of the sheet should be your column headers.
Example: "REC" produces REC-0001, REC-0002, ... Numbering continues from wherever this prefix last left off, even across separate uploads.
